I have to create a Living Wills for it to make it official.

I want to make sure that my wishes are carried even if I am not capable of making the decision right there and then. . Just in case I will be in an emergency situation that the attending physician needs my decision, I have appointed my brother to do it in my behalf. Legally, I have to create a Living Wills for it to make it official. In this way, I am assured that I got my back covered. With all the documents to backed me up. I am confident that my wished are followed to the letter. Which means I have nothing to worry.
