Should I buy or build in San Diego? - Zillow Real Estate Advice

From my understanding the market in SD is a buyers market, which would lead me to lean heavily on the buy existing versus building at this point. ?You will get much more house for your dollar at this time buying than building.

I work in Palm Springs but many of my clients live both in SD and have second homes here. ?So I frequently talk to them and Realtors in SD to stay up on what is happening in SD. ?

I believe a month or two ago I read an article that SD price wise was one of the best markets in the US to buy cheap right now.

I am wondering if this is the fault of the people you have representing you down there? ?Timing of getting offers in, trying to get you to low ball too often, not understanding the market trends for a particular area? ?If you would like I can get you a name of two realtors down there that are very professional and don't drag their feet?
