Gorge Winds Concert Band performs its 13th annual Christmas concert Sunday, Dec. 9 at The Dalles Civic Auditorium ballroom. The concert begins at 2 p.m. with Christmas sing-along favorites. This 40-member symphonic band is under the direction of two new conductors, Larry Loop and Nathan Parker. Sam Grotte is the band?s musical director. The band is celebrating 13 years together. Admission to the event is free; however donations to the group will be gladly accepted. Contributed photo
